These are small, cowrie-like snails that feed on purple sea fans.  The bright spotted covering is actually a part of the snail’s body, called the mantle, which it uses to cover its shell to keep fouling organisms from attaching to it.  The actual shell itself is plain ivory white.  That critter looking on in the background is a cowfish.
